Zaytoun (Arabic for Olives) is a UK based non-profit project to import Olive Oil from Palestinian farmers at Fair Trade prices. Supporters can purchase oil directly from them (minimum 12 bottles). Alternatively, lobby your local health food shop to stock the oil themselves.
